Preise verstehen sich für die Ferienwohnung pro Nacht!
Bei Buchungen ab 14 Tagen gewähren wir einen Nachlass.
Für die Endreinigung werden Euro 100,-- berechnet. Diese ist vor Ort in bar zu bezahlen.
Zahlungsmodalitäten:
- 25 % sofort bei Buchung
- Restzahlung spätestens 7 Tage vor Anreise
Rücktrittsregelung:
- ab Vertragsbeginn wird die Anzahlung einbehalten
- bis 1 Monat vor Anreise: 60 % des Mietpreises
- bis 2 Wochen vor Anreise: 80 % des Mietpreises
- bei Nichtanreise fällt der komplette Mietpreis an
Wir würden den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung empfehlen.
Check-In: ab 14:00 Uhr oder nach Vereinbarung
Check-out: bis 10.00 Uhr
Transfer:
Bustransfer mit öffentlichem Busunternehmen direkt vom Flughafen bis Torrevieja möglich.

Prices are for the Apartment per Night!
For bookings of 14 days or more, we grant a discount.
EUR 100.00 will be charged for the final cleaning. This is to be paid in cash on site.
Payment arrangements:
- 25 % immediately by booking
- Final payment no later than 7 days before arrival
Cancellation policy:
- From the start of the contract, the deposit will be retained
- Up to 1 month before arrival : 60% of the rental price
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 80% of the rental price
- by non-arrival you have to pay the full price
Check-In: from 2pm or by arrangement
Check-Out: until 10am

Public bus transfer from the airport to Torrevieja possible
